Community Center in Macha

In November 2007 a tragedy for the community of Macha happened. The Vision Community Center (VCC) burnt down. The VCC offered room for different community services like the radio station, restaurant and internet cafe. The VCC also provided housing to the primary school MICS of Macha and different small businesses that couldn't stand on their own feet yet.

Macha Works decided to re-build the VCC activities in temporarily facilities but focus on moving the activities to permanent facilities in a new central area of Macha. That new center will house all community and enterpreneurial activities of the community of Macha.
